By using the website or services of PT. Panduwan Aditian Teknologi (VillageHoster) ("VillageHoster", "we", "us"), including our WhatsApp Business API (WABA) integration service, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
VillageHoster is an IT consulting and digital services company. Our WhatsApp Business API (WABA) service assists businesses with registering and activating a business number on the official WhatsApp Business Platform, integrating it with client systems (such as a CRM or chatbot), and supporting related business verification and message template submission processes. Specific scope, timeline, and pricing for each engagement are agreed separately with the client.
As a client, you agree to: provide accurate business and account information needed for setup; use the WhatsApp Business Platform in compliance with WhatsApp's Business Policy and Commerce Policy; not use the service to send spam, unsolicited bulk messages, or content that violates applicable law or Meta's policies; and be responsible for content sent through your own WhatsApp Business number.
Fees for our services are agreed with each client separately (via quotation, proposal, or invoice) before work begins. Payment terms, including due dates and accepted methods, will be stated in that agreement.
Our WABA service depends on the WhatsApp Business Platform operated by Meta Platforms, Inc. Approvals such as business verification and the official green tick, message template approval, and platform uptime are ultimately determined by Meta, not by VillageHoster. We assist and advise through these processes but cannot guarantee Meta's approval decisions or timelines.
To the extent permitted by law, VillageHoster is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of our services, including losses caused by outages, policy changes, or decisions made by Meta / WhatsApp as a third-party platform provider.
Content on this website, including text, graphics, and code, is owned by VillageHoster or its licensors and may not be copied or reused without permission, except as allowed by law.
Either party may end an engagement in accordance with the terms agreed in the relevant service agreement or quotation. We may suspend access to a service if these Terms or applicable WhatsApp policies are violated.
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Changes take effect once posted on this page, with the "last updated" date revised accordingly.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia.
