1. What Data We Store

When you interact with PT. Panduwan Aditian Teknologi (VillageHoster) ("VillageHoster") through our WhatsApp Business API (WABA) integration service, we may store:

• Your WhatsApp number and profile name.
• The content of messages you send and receive through the connected WhatsApp Business number, including text, media, and template messages.
• Message metadata, such as timestamps and delivery/read status.
• Business account information needed to operate the WhatsApp Business API integration (e.g. WhatsApp Business Account ID, phone number ID).

2. How to Request Deletion

You can request deletion of the data described above at any time by contacting us at care@villagehoster.com or via WhatsApp at +62 811-1996-869, with the subject or message clearly stating a data deletion request.

3. Information to Include

To help us locate and verify your data, please include:

• The WhatsApp number associated with your data.
• Your business name (if the data relates to a business account/conversation).
• Any additional details that help us identify the correct conversation or account, if relevant.

4. Processing Time

We will process verified deletion requests within 30 days of receipt. In some cases we may need to retain certain data for longer where required by law or legitimate business/accounting obligations, in which case we will let you know.

5. Confirmation

Once your data has been deleted, we will send a confirmation to the contact method you used to submit the request.
